Hi, I’m Tim — a strength, weightlifting and mobility coach and personal trainer working across Bristol and Bath to help people build strength, improve mobility and performance and build a fitter body. I believe strength training should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or experience, therefore, each session is designed with your goals, needs and any modifications in mind. Working as a personal trainer in Bristol and personal trainer in Bath, I help clients build strength, improve mobility, and achieve their body recomposition (fat loss) goals. My coaching focuses on sustainable progress through structured strength training and nutrition plans when needed, improved mobility and habits that fit around real life and supporting clients with fat loss through body recomposition. Whether you’re new to weightlifting, returning the gym after time away, or looking to push your performance further, every session is tailored to help you build a stronger, healthier and more resilient body. I offer 1-to-1 personal training, small group strength and mobility classes, and online coaching from my private studio in Saltford, supporting clients locally and online.
